Driving innovation, supporting businesses, and protecting investments worldwide
Credit and collection are the two sides of the coin of modern finance. Credit serves to enable growth by letting individuals and organizations pursue opportunities even if they do not currently have the means or resources to commit to them, while collections act to protect the whole credit system by ensuring repayment of debts, controlling risk and risk factors, and promoting financial efficiency/value. These two facets form the foundation for a robust economy, driving innovation, supporting businesses, and protecting investments.
Being a global event producer, we observed the opportunity to re-organize the sector by hosting the first-ever conference and exhibition particularly focused on this sector. It was from this basis that the Credit & Collection Summit (CCS) was established to facilitate the exchange of ideas between credit, collections, recovery, and risk management experts and practitioners. Since its inception, the CCS has grown to become one of the largest and most value-oriented global finance and collection conferences available. It is the foundation for the gathering of experts, financial institutions, regulators, and innovators in finance from across the globe to share ideas, best practices and explore new credit management & debt collections-based solutions.
Over the years, CCS has revolutionized the sector. We have supported companies with digital transformation, optimizing recovery performance, and dealing with regulatory change. The conference provides delegates with more than just information; it also includes useful case studies, actionable takeaways, and priceless quality networking opportunities that improved corporate performance.
Three consecutive CCS editions were held in Mumbai, India, marking the start of the summit. The summit became bigger every year, solidifying its standing as the top credit conference in the nation. In the Indian market, these meetings helped to close the gap between lenders, collectors, and solution providers by fostering a robust professional community.
Continuing to build on this momentum, CCS reached the Middle East. Three significant editions were held in this region: the first in Dubai, the second in Saudi Arabia, followed by a third in Oman with 5th Edition in Bahrain. An increasing network of leaders attended each edition, emphasizing the summit's influence on local markets and its function in tackling the Middle East's particular financial difficulties.
The summit is returning for its fourth Middle East edition, which will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Dubai on September 16–17, 2025. More than 600 business leaders, more than 50 eminent speakers, and top financial institutions will convene at this historic event to discuss the future of credit, collections, and recovery.
